Chef Hernani Fabros

Chef Hernani Fabros joined Alta Vista Country Club after working at several prestigious resorts and country clubs including the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada and the Royal Vista Golf Club in Walnut California. Chef Hernani began his culinary career at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California and is a graduate of the famous Le Cordon Bleu program. Originated in France, this elite educational program involves a wide variety of purely classic cooking techniques.
 
Chef Hernani is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and appears often as the guest Chef Instructor at the Riverside County Culinary Academy. Chef Hernani specializes in an international cuisine and is also well known for his creative ice sculptures. Alta Vista Country Club is happy to have him as he maintains a memorable dining experience for all members and guests each day.
